Ltd situated at Gaindakot -2 Nawalparasi is a sister company of Women feeling unity Forum (NGO) established in 2013 at Company Registrar office and Internal Revenue Department with the vision of Self reliable youth society through skill development to employment and the objective to improve the livelihood condition of unemployed youths by providing skill training, promote and sale the various products produced by the youths. Multi Skill and Environment Development conducts various market based vocational and technical training, enterprise development training, business development training program in association with government, Non-governmental organization. MSED also conducts fee based trainings courses. MSED also sale of products (Alumunium & steel fabrication, electric accessories, Beauty parlour accessories and provide aluminium and steel, tailoring, parlour through their staffs and trained, skilled and experienced graduates.

MSED is also conscious about the environment protection. MSED plays a vital role for environment protection. The Institute is run by a team of young and well experienced professionals who have expertise in the field of Engineering, Agriculture, Project management, vocational training, education, community and social and environment development and so on.

From the dates of establishment, MSED has been focused on producing semi-skilled as well as skilled technical work force as per the demand of the market. It provides all skill development training on mechanical, construction, hospitality, health and agriculture related trades. MSED also provide counselling services and job promotional activities to youth job seekers to both urban and remote areas of Nepal through its branch offices. It has been able to establish strong coordination with government, private, Non- government and community based organizations.
The main focuses of MSED are delivering quality services; maintain sustainability, competitiveness, innovative technologies, employability and development. The training, counselling, promoting, and development are the means the firm uses to mainstream and empower the target group.
